Keynes vs. Hayek Round Two

Economics, Federal Reserve 7 Comments

Here’s the sequel… Right now there are only about 4,000 views. Will it break a million?

So what do you guys think? Did Stringham have to sleep with anyone for the cameo at the end? (Inside baseball for 99% of you, sorry.)

I thought it was great! This is one of those productions that makes you realize how much our lives have changed because of the internet (Great Stagnation indeed!). Perhaps I’m slipping into whiggism here, but it’s hard for me to imagine ideas flowing so freely and engaging content being produced so readily in prior decades. That’s not to say these debates weren’t fascinating for those involved back then – but they were certainly more closed and slow.

I’m trying to keep my critique of the content at my blog unless it’s explicitly brought up elsewhere. If anyone’s interested that’s here: http://factsandotherstubbornthings.blogspot.com/2011/04/fight-of-century.html

But as expected – quality production, very entertaining. My favorite part was the “Hay-eksplosives” line, which I understand is something he actually said at one time.

“Have” to? You are implying Ed might have to be pressured into sex?!

I just posted this on your fb wall. I should have checked here first.

I think General Petraeus should check this blog too, before doing anything.

    I’m missing something. What cameo?
