Dr. Murphy. I’m 2/3 of the way through Bryan Caplan’s “Myth of the Rational Voter”, which is, if not a scathing critique of public choice, at least a definition of its limitations. Have you read this book? I’m wondering if you have/had any comments on it…

I have only read a chapter or two of it. I had to put it aside while I worked on some other stuff, but hope to go back to it.
